Yes, Every QHHT session includes a private audio recording for you to revisit. Listening to your session:
Reinforces healing and insights
Helps clarify any details that may fade from conscious memory
Strengthens the connection to your Higher Self
Listen multiple times in the weeks following your session—this deepens integration and healing.

1. Setting Your Intention
Your healing begins the moment you decide to book. Set a clear intention for your session by repeating:
✨ “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.”💡 Helpful Tip: Say this out loud, especially before bed. Place a reminder where you'll see it daily.
2. Preparing Your Questions
To make the most of your session:
Write or print your questions and bring them with you.
Prioritize them—we typically cover up to 25 questions.
Organize them by category (Health, Relationships, Life Path, etc.).
🔹 Example Questions:
Why do I have this health issue? How can it be cleared.
Am I on the right path in my career or relationships?
How do i connect with my spirit guide or guardian angel?
How can I strengthen my intuitive abilities?
💡 If you have only one or two key questions, that’s perfectly fine—I have additional questions I will ask on your behalf based on what you share with me in our session.
💡Sometimes people have more than 25 questions, prioritize them and we will always check with your Higher Self if we can continue to ask more questions. Most of the time is yes and if we get a no you can always ask your Higher Self these questions after the session through automatic writing or tuning and sensing the inner wisdom. After our session you will be more familiar with how the Higher Self communicates with you so keep the internal wisdom flowing!
3. Physical & Mental Preparation
Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.
Eat lightly before your session—avoid being overly full or hungry.
Bring your favorite snack for before or after your session if you feel you may need something right away.
Take a light walk or stretch to relax your body and quiet your mind OR come as you are and that is perfect too!
Wear comfortable clothing to enhance relaxation.
Clear your schedule—allow time to integrate after the session.
💡 QHHT sessions can last 3 to 5+ hours, so plan accordingly. This is your time I am here for the time you need.

To honor your session fully, I usually spend the 30 minutes beforehand in meditation and preparation. If you happen to arrive a bit early, I invite you to enjoy a quiet moment nearby until our scheduled start time. 💫

1. The Interview
We begin with a relaxed conversation where I get to know you, your life journey, and the questions you’d like answered. This helps me guide the session for the deepest insights.
2. Induction & Relaxation
I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using visualizations —activating the part of the mind that connects with the Higher Self.
3. The Journey
Your Higher Self will guide you to an experience that provides insight into your current life. This may be:
A past life, parallel life, or future experience
A symbolic or metaphorical journey
A deeper look into your current lifetime
Whatever is revealed is exactly what you need to know for your highest good.
4. Connecting with the Higher Self
Once we reach this state:
I will ask your Higher Self your prepared questions and ask deeper questions to make sure we get the most complete answers possible.
Your Inner Wisdom can be sensed in different ways for different people. Sometimes it is a calm and wise inner voice that you hear, a feeling in the body, images, memories that come up, even smells or tastes that bring up thoughts, feelings, and answers. This gives you an opportunity to sense in more ways than just the 6 senses. Everyone is different.
If it is in alignment with your soul’s journey, your Higher Self may initiate an energetic clearing during this part of the session. The Clearing continues on its own after the session is complete or the Higher Self gives instructions on what else is needed on your part.

Complete clearing can be instantaneous if it aligns with your soul’s purpose—sometimes just understanding the root cause of an issue is enough for it to dissolve.
5. Awakening & Integration
As you gently return back from your Journey, we’ll discuss key insights from your session. You’ll feel:

Session Length
A full QHHT session lasts 4 to 6 hours—please plan your day accordingly.
I only offer one QHHT session per day to provide my full attention to each client.
If your work schedule requires a time slot outside of my regular hours message me on the contact form or book a quick Discovery Call to discuss possibilities.
